What inspired you to join Dutchland?
I have always wanted to play derby. When I moved to Lancaster, I wanted to finally give it a try. I also had zero friends in the area and figured it would be a great place to find my people!

What are you most excited for with DDR?
Hitting people!

What are you most nervous for?
I have general anxiety so I’m chronically nervous at all times. So….EVERYTHING!

What inspired your derby name and number?
I love Halloween and knew I wanted my name to be a bit creepy. My number 13, is unlucky and generally one of the scariest numbers so it was perfect.

What do you do outside of roller derby?
I love to try new things and go on adventures. I also love to do physical activities (fat people love to get out and move too!) and whatever it is that I am hyperfixating on at that time to get a slight dopamine boost. Currently it’s skate park and trail skating.

How long have you known how to skate?
Dutchland taught me to skate!

What is your favorite song to work out to?
This changes constantly but currently it’s Loveless. I also love a good Cody Rigsby playlist on the Peloton.

Where is your favorite place to visit?
Tough one! But I really love Greece. The islands are peaceful with beautiful blue water and the entire area is rich with history, mythology, and unique architecture.

Where do you hope to be with Dutchland by this time next year?
As fast as Dash, as strong as Doom, and hit as hard as Marie. Dream big, right? I also hope to be actively recruiting and teaching our new Tots. I want to help show potential players all of the amazing things derby has given me.
